Returns & Exchanges

At DINT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-fashion purchase; if you are not, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your DINT account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and submit a formal return request.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original shipping box, ensuring the return authorization form and all original luxury packaging are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
